Last updated . These are the rules for using RadRegistryPrep, written to be read, not skimmed past.
The short version
RadRegistryPrep is an independent study aid for the ARRT Radiography exam, not the ARRT.
Our questions are written for practice. They are not real exam items, and no study tool can guarantee a pass.
One account is for one person, signed in on up to 3 devices at a time. Be respectful, and don't copy or resell our content.
Never enter patient information anywhere on the site.
How we handle your data is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using RadRegistryPrep, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You must be at least 13 years old to use RadRegistryPrep, and if you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.
Your account
Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
One account is for one person. Don't share your login or let anyone else use your account, including classmates, coworkers or friends. Each person needs their own account or a program seat.
You can be signed in on up to 3 devices at the same time (for example a phone, a tablet and a computer). Signing in on a 4th device automatically signs out the device you used least recently.
To enforce this, we record the devices your account signs in on and their approximate location, as explained in our Privacy Policy. If an account appears to be shared, for example signing in on many devices or from several places in a short time, we may sign it out, ask you to reset your password, or suspend or close the account.
Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Pick a username that isn't offensive, misleading or someone else's name. Usernames show on the leaderboards, and we may change or remove one that breaks these rules.
Our study content
Practice questions, explanations, flashcards, micro lessons, the positioning guide, images, audio and the site's design belong to RadRegistryPrep or our licensors. You may use them for your own exam preparation.
You may not:
Copy, download in bulk, scrape, republish, sell or share our questions or other content.
Use our content to build a competing product or to train AI models.
Try to get around sign-in, usage limits or other protections on the site.
We work hard to keep questions accurate and aligned with the current ARRT Radiography content specifications, but mistakes happen. If you spot one, please use the Report button on the question so we can fix it.
Study aid only
RadRegistryPrep is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), ASRT or ACR. Our questions are original practice items, not actual exam questions.
Your Readiness Score, predicted score and other stats are estimates based on your practice. They are not official ARRT scores, and passing our quizzes or mock exams does not guarantee you will pass the ARRT exam.
Content on this site is for exam study. It is not medical advice and does not replace your program's instruction, your clinical supervisors or your facility's policies.
The AI tutor
The AI tutor uses an AI model to explain questions. Its answers can be wrong or incomplete, so check anything important against your textbooks and instructors. Use is limited each day. Don't include personal or patient information in your messages, and don't use the tutor for anything other than studying.
Competency tracker and school programs
No patient information. Never enter patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers or any other information that could identify a patient. The optional accession number field is for your own reference only, and you are responsible for following your clinical site's and school's policies.
Competency logs on RadRegistryPrep are a personal tracking tool. They do not replace your program's official competency records unless your program tells you otherwise.
Program directors and instructors who create or run a program confirm they are authorized by their school to do so, will use student information only for teaching and supporting their students, and will keep program codes private. Students who join a program agree that its director and assigned clinical instructors can see their progress, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Fair use of the site
Don't cheat the leaderboards, for example with scripts, shared accounts or fake activity.
Don't harass anyone or post anything unlawful, hateful or explicit in reports or messages.
Don't try to break, overload or hack the site, or access other people's data.
What you send us
You keep ownership of what you send us, such as question reports, notes and messages. By sending them, you let us use them to run and improve RadRegistryPrep, for example to fix or rewrite a question you reported. We will not publish your name with them.
Price and paid plans
RadRegistryPrep is currently free to use. When paid plans are offered, the price and billing terms will be shown clearly before you buy, and nothing will be charged without your approval. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund Policy: a full refund if you ask within 48 hours of a payment.
Changes and ending your account
We regularly add, change and sometimes remove features and content. We may also limit or close accounts that break these terms.
You can stop using RadRegistryPrep at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account through the Contact page.
Disclaimers and limits
RadRegistryPrep is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't promise the site will always be available, error-free or that any content is complete or current.
To the fullest extent the law allows, RadRegistryPrep is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including exam results, lost data or missed opportunities, and our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms as the site grows. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we'll let you know on the site or by email. Using RadRegistryPrep after an update means you accept the new terms.
